Azaleas Unit B was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. It had all the amenities we needed plus. It was close to so many fantastic restaurants and things to do. The owners were so nice and were very welcoming. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us immediately. We would definitely stay there again! We truly loved the unit!

We (3 moms) visited the College of Charleston with our daughters. The cleanliness/ decor were top notch. The location was easily walkable to everything we needed. Comfortable beds and great for generally hanging out in between site seeing and tours. Only one downside - one of the 3 units within the home had a late night rowdy crew. There was no sound absorbency between units Rude neighbors who made no attempt to respect their fellow neighbors woke us each night.

Girls getaway

We took our mom to Charleston to celebrate her 70th birthday, and this home was the perfect setting. It’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout, spotlessly clean, and communication with the hosts was seamless. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze.We stayed in the upper unit and loved spending time on the balcony—it was a peaceful spot to relax. While the home is a bit of a walk from the main shopping area on King Street, it’s absolutely walkable. We opted for a few Lyfts to accommodate our mom’s preferences, but didn’t need to rely on them. There are several convenience stores nearby for anything you might need.The house truly exceeded our expectations—especially for my mom, who can be hard to impress. She loved it. The only minor downside was the street traffic; it’s on a busier road and some cars passed by quickly, but it didn’t impact our experience. We also had a small issue with the upstairs shower, and the hosts resolved it the same day. They were incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay

We came to Charleston a few years ago but stayed in Mt. Pleasant which is over the bridge. We were not certain on locations at the time so it hindered us from really enjoying downtown Charleston because of the distance. This time we decided to stay downtown Charleston and we are so glad we did. I looked at several properties but decided on this one. There is always a slight fear that the pictures will not match what you see upon arrival. This place was exactly what it states it is. It is simply beautiful and charming. We only had a group of three so it was definitely spacious enough but even for a larger group it would work. The owners definitely took time in decorating and creating a space to feel like home. The home was immaculate and it is positioned in the perfect location and we were able to park right in front of the home. The owners were so accommodating and available for any questions or concerns we had. If considering Charleston for a getaway please consider this home. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Spot in Charleston

We loved our stay in Charleston at this property. We had six adults, and the property was the perfect fit. The location is a quick walk to King Street but far enough away from the noise and nightlife to have a quiet place to sleep. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen set up was great for morning coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend Tom and Hannah's place!

Wonderful Getaway!

Loved our stay. The house is beautifully appointed, comfy beds, clean linens. Communication was easy and fast. The location 2 blocks from King Street made it very walkable to restaurants and shopping. We rented a car which was smart because going to beaches and downtown would've even expensive with ride shares. The only downside was the internet was sketchy and weak at times and street parking was for the most park easy but at times, tricky to find a spot. Would recommend!

Family getaway

We wanted to do an end of summer getaway with our 3 daughters, before everyone headed back off to college. Our first time to Charleston. Everything was great. Food was great, people were friendly and the city was very clean and safe. Lots to do here.

Wonderful place to stay!

Tom and Hannah's place was perfect for our young family! The whole place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony after kids went to bed, and the location was perfect. Close to shopping, great food, and a bagel shop just around the corner. Would definitely recommend booking!

First time to Charleston

Perfect home/location for first-timers. Easy to get to the beaches and attractions by car, and walkable to the charming shops and restaurants on King St. We loved the quick walk to Bad Bunnies for morning coffee to bring back and enjoy on our private deck. The house was the perfect size for me and my two older (17 & 20) sons: space for each of us but still felt like we were spending time together. Tom and Hannah checked in all throughout our stay and were fantastic about responding. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This charming renovated Charlestonian house divided into three apartments is in a great location near King St. and multiple restaurants. The street is quiet for being so close to everything and our apartment (B) was modern and convenient. Great beds and well stocked kitchenette plus we really enjoyed the nicely furnished upper porch. The photos don’t do the spacious upstairs justice - 2 large bedrooms plus bathroom. Great hosts. Everything was perfect.
