Perfect Place Perfect Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, clean comfortable and cozy home, location was walking distance to everything we needed! Loved the short walk to the Gnome Cafe for breakfasts! Walked to King Street and the Matket! Enjoyed a thunderstorm on the balcony! Highly recommend !

Charleston Visit

This was a great choice for our family of six. It is very centrally located, within walking distance to the entire city. The home is beautiful, clean and modern. Others had mentioned no microwave which would have been nice to have, but the toaster oven sufficed. The kitchen is beautiful, but not used since we ate out. Great having the parking in the back off the street! We didn't communicate with the owner since it wasn't really necessary.

Lovely stay

What a beautiful place! This is a nicely updated upper unit. Tasteful decorating. Beautiful wood floors and high ceilings. Lots of space. Great kitchen with thoughtful ammenities - wine refrigerator, icemaker, over-the-stove water supply, water bottles in the frig, a filled tea kettle (thank you!!!), etc. Perfect. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice shower. Laundry appreciated. Nice location for getting around the area - a short distance from King Street, but also very easy access to expressways and other areas of the city. Hosts were very responsive to questions. We had a small glitch with the air conditioning, and they had it taken care of immediately. The only challenge was the parking. Loved having space at the house, and the downstairs renters were very accommodating if we needed to coordinate moving cars around. However, the space is quite tight - narrow access drive and small space to park/turn around. Larger vehicles (we drive a Ford Flex) take some patience and carefulness, so be warned or consider other parking. We were thankful for parking at the house, and realize this is typical. Just take note. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Great, cozy place for a family

With two tall, older teenage boys our options were two hotel rooms for 2 nights or this great rental with up to date, comfortable accommodations including 3 bed rooms and a full kitchen. While the kitchen had some modern features, including a wine refrigerator and a separate ice maker, it did not have a microwave which was a surprise. Certainly could use some darkening drapes/curtains over the windows in the master but my wife and I got some much needed sleep in the comfortable bed.

Fabulous Accommodations on Spring Street

As advertised, this apartment is indeed in mint condition and meticulously clean. Although we did not use the kitchen (too many fabulous restaurants in Charleston), it was beautiful. The mattresses on the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. One thing to keep in mind if you are bringing 2 cars: As stated, there is room for 1 vehicle in the back parking area. Unfortunately, if you have a 2nd vehicle, keep in mind that the on-street parking is limited to 2-hour max. Otherwise, you need to display a residential parking permit (which the owner does not supply). This area of Spring Street was indeed patrolled by a parking enforcement officer; we saw them walking the street checking for parking permits. Otherwise, this apartment is 5-star for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness.

Perfection

We had no idea this place would be THIS beautiful and accommodating. Sometimes pics and descriptions can be a little misleading but this was quite the opposite. The place is very spacious, clean, practically everything is brand new, stocked with everything you need, GOREGOUS appliances and fixtures, and in a great area. (We walked a lot just to see the sights and homes but LYFT was super easy and quick in this area too.) The front porch is great! We are already planning our next trip to stay here and bringing some friends with us this time! Thanks so much!
