I do not recommend if you’re hoping to sleep. The location of this unit right off King St is great but you will not sleep due to the unit above and around you. Their stomping footsteps are so loud it sounds like they are in the room with you. It started at 5:00AM every day! Even with earplug they woke us up every day. It made our whole trip difficult.

It was in a perfect location—close to many sights and easily walkable to explore the area. There were also plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, which made it even more convenient and fun. I would suggest putting fans of some type in the unit and also allowing the ac unit to be put at 70 as your checkin instructions indicate is the minimum rather than 72. We found it slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Premier location

Pleasantly pleased with this location. Steps away from Kings street and access to restaurants, pubs & nightlife. The host David was very welcoming and promptly responded to any questions we had. Even offered to provide extra clean towels upon request. Free parking included. Beautiful clean suite with comfortable beds. There is a coffee shop next door that is awesome as well “Babas”. Highly recommend this VRBO. 15 “B” is the one you want as it gives you a beautiful patio to enjoy your morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment in a great location

Right in the heart of Downtown, roughly a 20 min walk down King St. to Rainbow Row and all major attractions. Great restaurants near by and within minutes of walking. The apartment was clean and well kept, highly recommended.

We enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely apartment. The ground level was great for my sister with mobility issues. We loved being able to walk around the historic districts with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The photos are accurate- very neat and clean. Response time was immediate in regard to correspondence while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

20th anniversary trip

I stayed here mostly because of the proximity to King and we were not disappointed. We were thrilled by the location because it was towards the end of King so we didn’t have as much late night activity by the house. However, if you wanted to have a late night then you truly are steps away. The place was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Would highly recommend.
