The Space:

**Amazing house for a group of friends or a bachelorette weekend or a family wanting to spread out a bit.**



Sleeps 8 as follows:



Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, attached bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Hallway bathroom

Sofabed: Queen



Maximum 6 adults. (Will allow additional 2 children).



Parking: This unit offers ONE off-street parking spot. Additional parking is located a block away in the City of Charleston parking garage at a charge of $18 per day.



- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



- Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens





This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06397 and Business License BL029877-08-2022.



Guest Access:

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, bookstores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!



Getting Around:

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:



The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

We had a wonderful stay in Charleston over New Year’s Eve with our family. The home was very comfortable, clean, and well set up for a family stay. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city.The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in and quickly addressed a small request when we needed body wash, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Charleston.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was close to, and in walking distance, to shops, dining, bars, nightlife. Communications with CVP management was prompt and thorough. The building and grounds were run down and shabby but the inside was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The en-suite was small and awkward and the bathtub drain was broken. The parking has two derelict cars near our unit.

The condo is very clean and nice. Great location to King St. It’s actually located in a building behind the house shown on the listing which was slightly confusing. The beds are not great. They are squeaky coil mattresses with cheap polyester bedding. The owners are very helpful and responsive.

Awesome location!

This is the cutest little spot in the best location! We had some trouble with the lock code at check-in, but the property management team was very responsive and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of arrival. After that hiccup, it was perfect!

While the location and house were clean and nice it is in a high traffic area near a firehouse. The water preassure was awful in both bathrroms. The kitchen sprayer had more pressure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great spot for location. Close to buses and visitors center. Able to walk or ride free buses everywhere. We traveled with friends and enjoyed hanging out in the living room when not sightseeing. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Asheville is a fun place

This property was perfect for us. Father and 2 adult boys. We each had a bedroom and our iwn bathroom. The boys used the hot tub both nights and even on the morning of our departure. A nice somewhat rural setting. The deer near the property were very tame and did nit runsway.

Brand New Every

The condo had everything we needed; 3 very comfortable beds, great shower pressure with hot water, working air conditioner and an on-site parking space that fit a pick up truck. It was a very comfortable space and had nice fluffy towels and bed throws. All was great and as pictured; we had a short walk to dinner at a fabulous restaurant and a few bars. Would def stay here again.
