Located on the second floor of a beautifully restored historic building—right above Sewing Down South, featured on Southern Charm—this spacious suite blends Charleston charm with everyday comfort in the heart of downtown.

Designed for gathering and relaxing together, the suite comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with four queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal setup for families, friend groups, or anyone traveling together who wants both space and convenience.

Step inside to a welcoming entry with a handy workspace and in-unit washer and dryer. The open-concept kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, featuring cozy group seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 60” Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen makes shared meals, morning coffee, and late-night snacks easy.

Both bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, each featuring two queen beds and its own Smart TV. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is just steps from the full hallway bathroom—each with a shower/tub combo.

Parking: Parking is available behind the building. To reserve a pass for $20/day, please contact our concierge team with your name, suite name, and vehicle details. Once confirmed, your pass will be waiting in the unit for easy access throughout your stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Hampton Suite. The whole suite was spotless clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the full kitchen had all the amenities necessary for us. The location was right on King Street located close to everything we enjoyed. We had breakfast at Callie’s Hot Little biscuit which was right across the street, we love the steak at Halls Chophouse which was one block over, we also enjoyed El Jefe which is right across the street, and we bought momento pillows from Sewing Down South (Southern Charm show owner Craig) which is located downstairs. We will definitely stay here again.

We discovered a live bed bug on the bed within hours of arrival (photo attached). For health and safety reasons, we vacated the property that night and could not continue our stay. Despite clear photo and video evidence, the host refused to provide a full refund, offering only a partial amount. I’m sharing this to make others aware of our experience.

We stayed here for a bach party of 8 girls and it was just what we needed. We had plenty of space to hang in the living room and the location is unbeatable. I really appreciated the Stay Duvet team as they were always open via text for any questions.

My family and I had a great week at the Hampton Suite. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The beds were super comfortable. We felt right at home. This will be our go-to place when we come into town to visit my daughter at school.

Loved the space and the location!

The rental was clean and comfortable. I was happy to have a parking spot. We left the car and walked everywhere. We enjoyed the location - great shops and restaurants close by. Even though it was a busy street, it was quiet inside.
