Welcome to The Victoria Suite, where traditional Southern charm and hospitality await.

As you approach the building, you'll be captivated by its elegant white exterior, featuring dual balconies that reflect the charm of Charleston architecture. Step inside through the front door, adorned with a coastal crab knocker, and discover your private first floor piazza. Here, the wood-paneled ceilings stained in a deep mahogany, accompanied by hanging lantern lighting, create a serene and inviting space.

Upon entry to your private first floor unit, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light, the kitchen's vibrant green floor-to-ceiling ceramic backsplash, a spacious living room, and heart pine flooring throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel cooking appliances, basic cookware, quartz countertops, and seating for casual dining. Additionally, there is a small coffee bar complete with a 12-cup coffee pot, coffee, and flavored syrup to kickstart your mornings.

The contemporary living room boasts an extra deep Crate and Barrel sofa, two sleek side chairs, and a smart TV for entertainment. The color palette of grays and greens creates a cool and sophisticated ambiance, while woven window treatments strike a balance between privacy and natural light.

The Victoria Suite features three beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with blackout blinds and sound machines, guaranteeing a comfortable night of rest. Bedroom 1 boasts a king-size bed adorned with green whimsical Serena and Lily wallpaper. It includes a full armoire with hangers and nightstands with reading lamps. In Bedroom 2, you'll find a queen-size bed, Serena and Lily wallpaper with tropical pink pineapples, and desk that provides a comfortable workspace for those needing to attend to work matters while enjoying their vacation. The room also offers a closet with hangers, a dresser, and nightstands with reading lamps for your comfort. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed and tropical Serena and Lily wallpaper with blue watercolor leaves. A closet with hangers, a comfortable reading chair, and reading lamps complete the cozy ambiance. Each bedroom has a mirror, making getting around for those in bigger groups easier.

The Victoria Suite provides two well-appointed bathrooms to meet your needs. Bathroom 1 offers a refreshing rain shower, a dual vanity with two mirrors, and a toilet equipped with a bidet. Bathroom 2 is an ensuite off the primary bedroom and features a convenient stand-up shower. Plush towels, hairdryer, and essential toiletries are provided

Outside, the shared backyard is a tranquil oasis for mingling with friends, playing with your kids, or grilling fresh seafood. It features professionally turfed grounds, a large custom pergola with built-in bench seating, a swing, and poufs. Fire up the grill and savor the flavors of outdoor cooking. The backyard also offers six Adirondack chairs, a coffee table, and a large JENGA set for additional entertainment.

Additional amenities at The Victoria Suite include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, children's toys/books for ages 0-5, and free parking for one vehicle. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the availability of a pack + play and a highchair. Beach accessories and towels are also provided.

The Victoria Suite offers a harmonious blend of serenity and accessibility. Within a leisurely stroll, a tempting array of cocktail bars, dining establishments, and boutique shops await, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in Charleston's vibrant local scene and discover its cultural treasures. When you're ready to embrace the beach life, three breathtaking beaches are just a short 15-minute drive away. Whether you crave thrilling adventures or tranquil relaxation, our little slice of paradise provides everything necessary for an unforgettable getaway experience.

NEED MORE SPACE?
We currently have 6 total units. There are 2 duplexes that are side-by-side. The green duplex has The Emerson Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor-2bd/1ba) and next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor-3bd/2ba w/large porch). These two properties share a large professionally turfed backyard. Additionally, a half block down the street, we have another duplex with the Poppy Suite (top floor of grey duplex-3bd/1ba w/two balconies) and the Isla Suite (first floor-4bd/2ba w/porch), both of which share a professionally turfed courtyard. Be sure to check out the individual listings for a full list of amenities.

QUIET HOURS
Please note that this listing is situated on the first floor of a beautifully restored historic duplex. Although extensive renovations have been carried out, it is possible to hear occasional noise from the unit above. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment, sound machines have been thoughtfully provided in each bedroom. We kindly request that all guests show consideration towards one another by honoring our community's designated "quiet hours" between 10pm and 7am. By being mindful of noise levels during these times, we can maintain a harmonious atmosphere and ensure a restful stay for everyone.

LAUNDRY
Of our 6 units, this is our only unit without a washing machine/dryer. Please take note of this if you are considering a long stay. And if this amenity is important to you, be sure to check out our other units on Instgram @TheChalrestonSuites Please note, our cleaners are happy to bring an extra set of towels or bed linens mid-stay for a charge of $25, just let us know if this is something you'd like!

EVENTS
Access to the property is restricted to only those individuals included in the reservation, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.

NON SMOKING
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on-site, and any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

PARKING
You will have one parking space in our private lot. Should your group want additional parking, please contact us to discuss options! We also have one Tesla charger which would need reserved ahead of time.

PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME
We wholeheartedly embrace our furry friends! We gladly welcome pups to join you during your stay, with an additional fee of $80 per dog, and a maximum of two dogs per reservation. Because you will be staying in a recently renovated unit within a property that may have other guests, we kindly request that all dogs are well-behaved, trained, and considerate towards fellow humans. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly ask that pets refrain from accessing the bed, uncovered furniture, and encourage the use of a crate when you are not present, if you believe it is necessary. By bringing your pet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for their actions and any potential damages.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that dogs are not allowed in the backyard. The yard has been professionally turfed to provide a pristine and pleasant outdoor space. Dog urine can create an unpleasant odor and potentially damage the turf. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the backyard clean and odor-free for everyone's enjoyment.

CAMERA SECURITY
To ensure the safety and security of our property, we have installed exterior cameras. We want to reassure our guests that the footage captured by Ring cameras is strictly confidential and does not violate their privacy expectations. It is important to note that tampering with or obstructing the cameras is strictly prohibited. Any guest found attempting to disable or obscure the cameras may face immediate eviction without a refund. Our intention is solely to maintain a secure environment for everyone's peace of mind.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Refunds will only be issued if mandatory evacuations are ordered by The National Weather Service or local government authorities. Please keep in mind that refunds will not be provided if inclement weather in other states prevents guests from reaching Charleston. We highly recommend travelers to consider obtaining travel insurance, especially during months when weather conditions may impact their stay. Furthermore, in the unlikely event of power outages, internet disruptions, or any other situations beyond our control caused by local storms, we will make every effort to resolve the issues promptly. However, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for any inconveniences caused by such circumstances.

Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed home in a great location. Looks exactly like listing photos. Perfect for three of us to each have our own room and the shared bathroom for two is very spacious. We never had time to relax in the backyard, but it looks so cute and if I had younger kids needing to run free they would love it out there. The free parking spot was so helpful. The owner is beyond communicative and helpful. The tiniest question and she instantly responded. There is coffee available for your whole visit and even vanilla syrup and sugar. We never cooked in, but the kitchen seems well stocked. We adored the location, with tons of great restaurants very close by and walking distance to "touristy" sections of Charleston. It was a 30 minute or longer walk to places like City Market, etc though so just be aware of that if you have younger kiddos and those are your plans. You can easily grab an Uber! It is a beautifully renovated older home, so if you're sensitive to noises be aware that if you have upstairs neighbors you may/will hear them. The sound machines in each bedroom were something I had never heard of before this but did come in handy with the active toddler staying upstairs while we were there. The street itself is quiet and very cozy. We would absolutely stay here again! Not one single complaint or concern.

Brandy and Chad have a great place with close proximity to sites. They were excellent communicators and provided other helpful information of the area. We all appreciated having our own room on this girls trip but the apartment had a slight odor of mildew that we all noticed. Charleston is a great girls weekend away!

Great unit for a girls weekend! Well appointed, comfy and clean. Dedicated parking spot was a big plus. If you are a light sleeper, use the provided sound machines as this is a lower unit and you can hear upstairs neighbors moving about.

We absolutely loved the care and cleanliness of this property. It is charming, modern yet has a little Charleston historical feel to it! Just a 10 min walk to King street for all the shopping and dining, and a short drive to the marina and historic sites! We did it all on King St and beyond, had tea at Camilla’s, went to the beach, and did a sunset sail too! Kitchen was well equipped, we made dinner several times. The coffee bar was a nice touch too! Traveled with our two teens that enjoyed having their own rooms, we were all very comfortable. Wished for more storage in the master but made it work by moving things around and made use of hooks and hangers for clothes. Lots of plug in’s to charge your devices. Loved the big windows everywhere! Porch and backyard were lovely for relaxing and reading, just remember your bug spray after it rains, the no see ums were out in full force one morning! The showers/products were nice in the bathrooms. Check in was super easy, and the host was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions on arrival and departure. Thank you Chad and Brandy!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our family with teen/adult children. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was able to jog to the battery in the morning and go around the corner to a variety of coffee shops! We arrived late and hungry so we walked around the corner to a local convenience store to grab some quick food to cook! The location was close to shops and eateries so we walked everywhere! King street shopping was also just a short walk away! The hosts were very responsive and we will definitely stay in one of their properties on our next visit! We did have some issues with VRBO's booking but this was no reflection on the host! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean!

Great Thanksgiving!

The house is very cute and accurately described. The owners were very responsive and took great care of us. You can tell this is their business and not a hobby! We had a great time!
