This family-friendly retreat is perfectly situated just one block from the shops and restaurants of King Street, offering a highly walkable location in the heart of downtown Charleston. You are also less than 20 minutes from both the airport and local beaches, making it ideal for convenience and coastal adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.

Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Work is outside of our control and is not related to Curated Vacation Properties or the home itself. Crews typically operate during standard daytime hours and we do not expect activity in the evenings. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions



đŸš« Pets are NOT Allowed:

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



đŸš« This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

Friends trip

The property was perfect for us. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The living room spaces were great for sitting and chatting. There was a full kitchen on both floors. The manager was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything.
