Perfect for traveling professionals! This light-filled second-floor apartment is available for 30-night minimum rentals. The property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, just one block from King Street. Situated at the end of an historic cobblestone alley, the apartment is a peaceful retreat from the bustling city-life.

The Space:
Walk through the private entrance to find boutique furnishings, plank hardwood floors, and comfortable accommodations. The suite features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a generous kitchenette. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and ample storage space. The kitchenette features a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and a two-burner cooktop.
Guests will have access to the shared courtyard with a koi pond, as well as the heated saltwater pool. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Prime location with quick and easy access to surrounding areas!

We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
