A short walk from King St., The Cisco' is a private historic property. Rare downtown amenities include the fabulous shared Spring Island Collection Pool. This unit offers a completely restored first-floor studio in a historic Charleston home. A small property, bursting with amenities! Shared pool, parking, dog run, and lush landscaping.



The Space:

A bright, airy space offers all guests need to a vacation exploring Charleston. Enjoy the modern amenities of the kitchen stocked with all a home cook’s basics or relax on the luxury couch with Smart TV. Revel in the Charleston charm in this unique and quaint space.



The Cisco can accommodate up to 4 guests between 1 studio bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and cozy living room.

Enjoy the resort-style pool, heated to 85 degrees during the cooler months, located in Spring Island East, across Spring Street, socialize on your front porch, explore the quaint up-and-coming neighborhood, and savor a rich selection of dining options all within walking distance. Become a Charleston local at The Cove.

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.



Getting Around:

Become a Charleston local at 'The Cisco'. Located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location Rated a 97/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston with ease from any of our units in The Spring Islands Collection.



Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies. Contact our property managers with any further questions about getting around town.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

I booked this at the last minute due to being called to Charleston for my husband's liver transplant. I reserved it on my phone, however my phone doesn't get emails. My son helped me work around this with the help of the reality company. The place was perfect for my needs and my husband, once he was discharged from MUSC. Also it helped that I could walk to the hospital every day. May want to have the dishwasher looked at. It makes a lot of noise through the cycle. I left my hairdryer in the bathroom. If its possible to send it, that would be great. If I ever need to book in Charleston again, I would stay there.

Great location but beware of pool chemicals

The property was in a good location and in walking distance from most things we wanted to see which was great. However, I would just note that the layout that accommodates 4 is a studio and not a 1 bedroom. Some of the pictures made it seem like it could have been a 1 bed. It worked for me and my friends but if you’re going with another couple or something like that this could be uncomfortable. Also, for any blondes be very cautious about dunking your head in the pool. It left streaks of green/blue in the blondes of our groups hair!

Nice accommodations. Walls and ceiling are definitely very thin. The location was a little bit far from the historic area. Suggest taking an Uber rather than pay for parking. It gets really expensive. Might suggest you bring a fan to block out some of the noise.

The space is clean, updated, and comfortable. The unit is in the front of the house so there was some street noise throughout the night and we had some noisy neighbors that woke us up several times in the night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great and included parking was a plus

We heard every movement of our neighbors above and beside us. Hard time sleeping at night due to the noise levels and activity of other guests. Also the pool was gross and the room smelled of musty old water.

Very well kept VRBO with all necessary amenities. Great location within walking distance of any downtown activity, bar, restaurant, or shop. Property managers were great to work with and even helped shipped back some shirts my brother left behind. Will definitely be looking them up again when I come back to Charleston!

The property was newly renovated. It was small, being a studio, but it was adequate. Nice location, close to some small cafes and shops. Buy a bag of ice because the ice trays are wonky.
