The Space:

This home offers 5 full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy throughout their stay. With 4 bedrooms and an open floor plan, it’s a comfortable setting for both relaxation and connection. The kitchen includes the essentials for light cooking or quick meals and opens into a larger area with a bar and table that serves as a great hangout space for conversation and casual dining. The cozy living area offers an additional spot to unwind.

Guest Access:

When booking, you will have exclusive access to the home. You’ll enjoy the entire space to yourself during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you be respectful of other renters and shared spaces within the building.

Parking: While on-site parking is not available, guests have access to TWO designated spots just around the corner. Please note that parking in the dedicated lot is not permitted on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but all on-street parking is complimentary on Sunday.

Enjoy a quick 4-minute drive to Market Street and the Historic District, where you can immerse yourself in Charleston’s rich culture and charm. The area is extremely safe, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
