Step into a piece of Charleston history in this beautifully preserved home built in 1880. This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat features an open floor plan with space to relax or connect. The kitchen includes essentials for light cooking and opens to a dining area with a bar and table. With a sofa bed in the shared space, the home sleeps up to two guestsâperfect for a solo traveler or couple seeking charm and comfort.
The Space:
This home features 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone to enjoy during your stay. With 2 bedrooms and an open floor plan, it provides a comfortable and spacious layout for relaxing and gathering. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, while the living room offers plenty of seating for everyone to unwind and enjoy each other's company!

Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

Guest Access:
When you book, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire second floor of this charming home. The space is completely private and reserved just for you. Please note that the property includes other separate units, so you may encounter other guests in shared exterior areas.
Parking: While on-site parking is not available, guests have access to one designated spot just around the corner. Please note that parking in the dedicated lot is not permitted on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but all on-street parking is complimentary on Sunday.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. Itâs known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. Itâs a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.
Getting Around:
Enjoy a quick 4-minute drive to Market Street and the Historic District, where you can immerse yourself in Charlestonâs rich culture and charm. The area is extremely safe, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
đ§âđ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
đ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
đ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
âïž Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.
đ§č If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
đ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
đ« Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
đ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
âïž In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
âïž If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
âïž We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process.
