Plus, there`s a queen sofa bed in the sunroom, complete with tinted windows for added privacy. You can also ensure everyone stays entertained with the FIVE TVs found throughout - one in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the sunroom.

Lake information:

- The water level off the end of the dock is usually 12ft in the summer. It is typically 8ft at the ladder. These levels can be expected to decrease over the winter when the water levels on the lake are lowered. Please search for `Lake Murray Water Level` for more accurate information.

- Putnam`s Harbor Marina is probably the best place to put your boat in the water. You may not put in at the property. You can also put in at Hilton Recreation Area. Both of these are about 18 minutes from the property.

- The boat stored on the dock is NOT for guest use.



You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!



We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.



Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.



There is a camera at the front of the house pointing towards the driveway. There is another camera at the back of the house pointing towards the dock. Both are active.
