Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. However, there is ample parking space available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.



The house is less than a mile from the nearest public boat landing: Hilton Recreation Area. Please put your boat in the water here. There is not access to put the boat into the lake at the property.



The water level at Lake Murray varies over the year. When the water level is low, the ramp to the dock can become steep. Please be mindful of this and be careful when going up and down the dock.



The water off the far end of the dock is approximately 12 feet deep in the summer, and even during lower water levels, it remains around 7-8 feet. Our floating dock provides easy access to the water, though please note that there`s no beach area, and the shoreline is a bit steeper but terraced for your convenience.



The backyard is a bit steep due to the terrain of the lot. Please be cautious when walking to and from the lake.



We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
