Welcome to 'Chapin Charmer' - This newly renovated home is located on the Chapin side of Lake Murray, located minutes from a public boat ramp. Kick back and relax in this newly furnished calm, stylish space.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has plenty of room for you and the entire family. Vaulted beam ceilings showcase the open concept living room, dining, room and kitchen. There's a dedicated work desk off the kitchen, full laundry room, and even a nook for your dog family!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this house has plenty of options. You can relax in the recliners, chill in the front porch rocking chairs, or by the fire pit out back. If you like to stay active on vacations, there is a golf course or a public boat launch nearby. This house is great for people house hunting or visiting family in Chapin.

SINGLE STORY MAIN HOUSE

LIVING ROOM
The front door enters into the main living room. There are two spinning recliners by the entrance that can face the TV or the dining room. This is a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the custom coffee bar. There is plenty of room to socialize in the large open floorplan. The focal point of the room is the vaulted beam ceiling. There is a 65 inch smart tv and Roku sound bar. You may log into the tv with your personal streaming apps. The couch has a queen size pull out memory foam mattress.

DINING ROOM
The farmhouse dining table can seat up to 6 guests (there is a 2 person bistro set on the front porch as well). The French doors open up onto the private back yard.

KITCHEN
Adjacent to the dining room and living room, the open concept kitchen is still right in all the action. No expense was spared on the quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you will need during your stay. There is a blender, toaster, and microwave. The fridge makes craftsman style ice cubes. There is a pantry for storing all your vacation yummies, plus plenty of extra cabinet space. Please note: There is no garbage disposal at this property due to the septic system.

COFFEE BAR
There is a coffee bar between the kitchen and living room. It’s equipped with k cup coffee and tea. The coffee maker has a kuerigg k cup option and a normal coffee pot function. If coffee isn’t your thing, the house is also equipped with a cocktail shaker and plenty of wine glasses.

DECK & OUTDOORS
The back patio is a great place to spend most of your time. Cafe lights set the perfect ambiance for your getaway. There are 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs, and a wood burning metal fire pit. Firewood is not provided.

LAKE
Bring your boat or rent one at one of the nearby Lake Murray Marinas. The 'Rocky Point Landing' public boat launch is 1.5 miles (4 minute drive) from the house. There is plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat and trailer. The Hilton boat ramp, or Eptings Landing boat ramps are also nearby. .

BEDROOM ONE
King bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, rattan bed frame, two nightstands, full length mirror and a dresser. There is a closet and tall bed frame for storing luggage under the bed. This room has a 32 inch smart tv for streaming. Fresh white bed and bath linens are included in all bedrooms. There is a ceiling fan, two lamps, and private on suite bathroom.

BEDROOM TWO
Queen bed with memory foam, two nightstands, full length mirror, and a dresser. This room has a walk in closet. There is a 32 inch smart tv for streaming, ceiling fan, and tall bed for storing luggage underneath. The double wall sconces dim independently, which makes this room a great spot for reading at night.

BEDROOM THREE
This room has two Twin beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a 24 inch smart tv. You can store your belongings in the dresser or closet.

BATHROOM ONE
This bathroom connects to the master bedroom and is larger bathroom of the two. There are double bathroom sinks. The tile shower has a rain head shower head, shower handle, and large niche for storing your bathroom essentials. There is a hair dryer in the vanity drawers. There are 4 wall hooks for plenty of room to dry bathing suits and towels. There is a little bench nook tucked in the corner.

BATHROOM TWO
Smaller in size but still fully functional, bathroom two is in the hallway outside of bedroom 1 and 2. This shower/tub combo is tiled and has a mosaic marble tile shower niche.

DOG AREA
There’s a little book off the kitchen with a dog water bowl and food bowl. There are hooks for hanging dog leashes. There’s plenty of room for a dog bed under the large window.

WORK STATION
There is a dedicated work station with high speed internet, for those that still need to work away from home. The desk has a charging station. There’s also a coat rack since this area is by the side entrance.

LAUNDRY AREA
There is a full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is not included. There are basic cleaning supplies like a broom, vacuum, and swiffer
