Come stay in this absolutely stunning 2 story 4bed/3 bath, Lake Murray vacation home that sleeps 9 plus an infant featuring expansive lake views double porches with with outdoor dining and plenty of patio seating to enjoy the stunning lake sunrises and sunsets and sunshine! This Chapin lake front home offers the comforts of home along with an ideal location to access Lake Murray from the deep water dock — perfect for those looking to rest, unwind, and yet only 40 minutes if you want to explore all that Columbia has to offer! Chapin, SC has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores within 15 minutes to the house as well! This home truly allows you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the lake!

On the Main Floor you will find 2beds/2baths, an open concept kitchen, dining room, living room w Smart TV offering Youtube TV w/gas fireplace, books & board games and game/puzzle table overlooking the lake and access to the upper deck with outdoor dining and deep seating furniture to take in the lake views!

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor) : King Bed | Private Ensuite Bathroom with Stand up tile shower & Double Sinks

Bedroom 2 (Main Floor) : Queen Bed | Shared Hall Full Bathroom w/Shower) accessible from the hallway.

Downstairs you will find 2beds/1bath with a second living room w/TV, wet bar area and access to the lower covered deck perfect to hang out during rainy days overlooking the lake.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen Bed | 40" Smart TV w/Youtube TV | Shared Full Bathroom (Tub/Shower combo) accessible in hallway.

Bedroom 4 : Queen Bed + Twin | Shared 3rd full Bathroom (tub/shower) combo accessible from this bedroom & the hallway.

Infant PACNPLAY: This listing offers a pacnplay that's always at the listing, plus a clean crib sheet. We also have a bin of wooden blocks for kids to play with. We do offer baby gates for the stairs as well.

*Please note there are exterior doors in both downstairs bedrooms that can access the lake. Children should never be left unsupervised near the water.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer in laundry room w/detergent, Smart Lock keyless entry (front), central heating & A/C, hair dryers, soaps, cleaning supplies, starter paper products, linens/towels provided
SECURITY: 2 external security cameras are located on the property (facing front door driveway parking area & facing dock due to liability reasons. There are no security cameras inside. Unique smartlock keyless entry code for each guest.
PETS: No pets/animals allowed. If you bring a pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately.
PARKING: There is driveway space for up to 4 cars.
BOATS: While we do offer a dock area that's great for fishing and sunbathing, it's a very active deep water area with boats going by creating waves. There is no boat lift, but there is a place about 5 minutes away where you can put a boat in. You may dock a boat, but due how quickly wind, weather, and water conditions can change, please do not leave it unsupervised. We have additional lines available and a post that can be used to tie off the boat away from the dock. We also have mooring whips available to set up that can help keep your boat away from the dock. These are more difficult to set up and best for boaters familiar with their use. Be mindful of weather conditions.
SWIMMING: This is a deep water dock area, so it gets deep quickly right off the steps for swimming. Please do not leave children unattended at anytime. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please wear life jackets while swimming.
You should have everything you need, but please let us know if you do not and we will do all we can to assist you. This property is professionally managed and the host is always available and lives nearby to the home.
KAYAKS: We have 3 kayaks for guest use.
FLOATS: We have some inflatables for guest use, but feel free to bring some of your own.
LIFE JACKETS: We do offer a variety of life jackets for adults & kids, but bring your own if you need a specific size.
BEACH TOWELS: We do provide a basket of beach towels for guest use.

By booking this property, you agree to not hold the owner or property management company liable for any accidents or damage of any kind, including use of lake, dock, fire pit, etc. By booking this home you accept to swim, boat, play, etc, at your own risk.

By booking, we take that to mean you fully read our listing description and agree to these terms and conditions and will not hold us liable for any accident, injury, or death relating to your stay.

You have the entire property to yourself. There is a smart lock for self check-in. You will be given a unique code to use for the duration of your stay.

Property manager and owners live nearby, but you will not typically see them unless there is a problem. We are available should you need something.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
- Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
- No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
- No pets/animals. If you bring a pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking (with no refund).
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets. There is a septic system and it is sensitive to certain types of toilet paper. Please make sure anything you bring is septic safe.
- Please spray all sunscreens outside and not inside the house. Sunscreen can stain fabric on furniture.
- Please don't sit on soft fabric furniture if wet from the lake.
- Due to sudden changes with wind, weather, and water conditions, do not leave docked boats unsupervised.
- Guests must abide and use property water safety and wear appropriate life jackets in the water while operating owner's kayaks and tubes/floats.
- Do not leave children unattended at any time while on the property. There are multiple exterior exit points from living rooms and bedrooms from the house to the water. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please ensure all children are supervised at all times.

This was a great home and I would definitely rent it again as long as the construction on either side of the house has been completed. We listened to it for 3 straight days and were shocked to hear it start before 8 am on Sunday morning. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space as a result. The house was comfortable, well stocked and worked great for us otherwise. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
