The space
El Victoria es un hotel boutique de estilo mexicano ubicado a 1 cuadra al sur de la carretera ya 4.5 cuadras al este de la plaza de Ajijic. Ofrecemos seis unidades con servicios para alquilar para estadías cortas y largas: tres apartamentos, un apartamento tipo estudio y dos habitaciones con baño en suite. Una cocina principal y una sala de estar están disponibles para actualizar.

The Victoria is Mexican boutique hotel centrally located 1 block south of the carretera and 4.5 blocks east of the Ajijic plaza. We offer six serviced units to rent for short and long term stays: three apartments, a studio apartment, and two rooms with en suite bathrooms; master kitchen and living room is available to upgrade.
Guest access
Hay seis escalones que debe poder subir para entrar por las puertas de entrada del edificio. Hay escaleras adicionales si alquila cualquier habitación ubicada en el segundo y tercer piso. No hay rampa ni ascensor disponibles en la propiedad. Los huéspedes, por supuesto, tienen acceso a su habitación, así como a todas las áreas comunes, incluido el vestíbulo principal y el patio trasero. Los huéspedes pueden visitar nuestra tienda de regalos en el vestíbulo principal.

There are six steps you must be able to climb in order to enter the front doors of the building. There are additional stairs if you are renting any room located on the second and third floors. There is no ramp nor elevator available on the property. Guests of course are given access to their room, as well as all communal areas including the main lobby and backyard patio. Guests are welcome to browse our gift shop in the main lobby.
Other things to note
No se presente sin una reserva ni solicite pagar fuera de la aplicación de Airbnb. Somos una pequeña casa de huéspedes con disponibilidad limitada y necesitamos tiempo para preparar nuestras unidades para que disfrute plenamente de su estadía. Además, los huéspedes deben comunicarse conmigo con respecto a su hora de registro, y solo los huéspedes registrados pueden ingresar a las unidades. Las mascotas son bienvenidas pero deben estar acompañadas por sus dueños en todo momento. También, México es la tierra de la celebración, y hay muchos festivales que se llevan a cabo en Ajijic durante todo el año durante los cuales se pueden escuchar fuegos artificiales de día y de noche. Es responsabilidad de los invitados familiarizarse con estas celebraciones para que sepan que el ajijic puede ser ruidoso durante estas épocas del año.

Please do not show up with out a reservation nor ask to pay outside of the Airbnb application. We are a small guesthouse with limited availability and we require time to prepare our units so that you thoroughly enjoy your stay. Also, guests must communicate with me regarding their checkin time, and only registered guests are allowed in the units. Guests must inform me if they are bringing pets. Pets must also be accompanied by their owners at all times. Mexico is the land of celebration, and there are many festivals that take place in Ajijic throughout the year during which fireworks can be heard day and night. It is the responsibility of guests to familiarize themselves with these celebrations so they know that ajijic can be noisy during these times of year.
