Please note that Pool heating is also available under request and with extra charge of 50 Eur/day.

The entire property is surrounded by lush greenery, ensuring full privacy. All windows are equipped with blackout blinds, and every room has independent air conditioning and heating controls.

Guests have full access to the entire villa and private grounds, including the pool, gardens, BBQ area, and all interior spaces.
At the lower level, there is a detached small apartment, used by the staff for villa's servicing. There is free private parking available on-site.
