This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

Professional decontamination takes place to this apartment regularly. Due to the global pandemic that prevails today, the reception of visitors will take place without human contact and the keys will be stored in a special box, next to the outer entrance of the apartment. This apartment combines tradition with elegance and convenience with relaxation in a place which has a spacious livingroom, one bathroom, two bedrooms, one fully equiped kitchen and dinningroom and a balcony, which offers great view to the old harbor of the city. The house is 80sqm and its suitable to hold up to 6 people. More specific, in the livingroom there is a large corner sofa three by two meters, capable of providing a pleasant sleep to two adults, a large 55'' TV with NETFLIX, a playstation 4 console, aircondition device and various other furniture for the convenience and decoration of this space. The bathroom, except from the standard sanitary ware and hair dryer, it has a spacious bathtub, which can be combined with essential oils and salts provided at home, for countless hours of relaxation. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed and a hidden safe, while in the second one there are two single beds, capable to to unite in creating one large double bed. Both bedrooms are equiped with wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and comfortable mattresses for a better rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary utensils for cooking, table, chairs, washing machine etc. On the balcony of the house there is a threeseater sofa and comfortable seatings, where you can relax while enjoying the sun during the day and the moon during the night, with panoramic view of the old town, the breathtaking sea, the famous lighthouse of Chania and the people who enjoy their walk in the beautiful old harbor. Free wi-fi, products for personal care, bed linen and towels are provided at the house, as well as a fixed discount at a nearby café-restaurant.
