Villa Andrae is a brand new, 5 star luxury villa, designed by award winning architects and located near Chania on the island of Crete. The villa boasts stunning views of the sea and of the white mountains. It sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and includes a large heated infinity pool, a hot tub, private tennis court, free WiFi and an indoor fitness area/playroom. The villa is set in a large 8000 m2 plot of land with beautifully landscaped gardens and grassed lawn areas.Ground floor: The main living area is luxuriously spacious and extends to the outside tiled patios, sitting areas and the pool, through large sliding window panels offering marvellous views of the landscaped gardens and the Cretan sea. One of the 8 meter windows has been cleverly designed to completely slide open and disappear into the wall. When the doors are open, the interior room and patio areas become one large living area, great for entertaining or just relaxing. Inside this modern interior there is a designer corner sofa, a large flat screen smart TV and a dining table seating up to 10 people. The open plan Italian luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has built-in microwave and oven, oversized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a central island with high stools, hob, a downdraft extractor fan rising up from the island. The main living area also features a guest toilet. There is a fitness room/playroom on the ground floor with a sofa beds which can sleep a further 2 people. It houses a flat screen TV, Playstation 4, an exercise bicycle, yoga mats and weights.
Basement area: The villa has a basement for parking with remote control garage door and internal access in to the house. There is a utility room with a sink, washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and iron. The villa has 4 main bedrooms, 3 having en-suite bathrooms and all having fitted wardrobes and fitted with high quality supersoft mattresses. The ground floor has a double bedroom with adjacent large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Moving upstairs a few steps from the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds which can easily be converted into a comfortable queen size double bed, large wardrobes, a flat screen TV, en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the sea and white mountains. On the first level there is one double bedroom with queen size double bed, large wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, luxury free standing bath and sliding wall panel with built in TV and DVD player.
Each of the upstairs bedrooms have outstanding views over the sea and both have access to the oversize balcony and decked terrace area with a large hot tub overlooking the Cretan sea offering lovely sunset views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with exclusive beds, bedside cabinets and furniture. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas. Available for rental year round, the villa has full air conditioning units in every room and under floor heating. All windows in the villa are fitted with insect screens and have electrically operated roller shutters. Windows have been treated with sun reflective material to further reduce summer temperatures inside the villa if needed. Towels, including pool towels are provided for all guests. Full cleaning and linen and towel changes are provided mid-week.Exterior: The villa is set in fully landscaped gardens and has a heated infinity swimming pool, and a separate hot tub on the first floor overlooking the Cretan sea where you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy amazing sunsets. An outdoor shower and a toilet are located next to the heated infinity swimming pool. There is an outside covered dining area with views over the pool and tennis court and features a gas BBQ, fridge, sink and a ping pong table with equipment. Set in the lovely landscaped gardens with flowers and trees there is a private, fenced tennis court with asphalt floor. All equipment for the tennis court is supplied. There are sunbeds available for all guests with outside seating areas and sofas all around the villa.Outside first floor
