Surrounded by grapevines and olive groves, Villa Panagiotis is set on a small hillside overlooking the surrounding country, across the 'Agioi Apostoli Coast' and out to sea. Villa Panagiotis is located just 5 minutes from Agioi Apostoloi Beach.
The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, private parking for 3 cars, balconies with dining tables to enjoy your meals while you enjoy the sea view, free wifi.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱.

Guests can request extra cleaning for an additional cost of 30€.

▶The space
Villa Panagiotis consists of a semi-basement, first floor, second floor, and outdoor areas.

⬤ Outdoors there is a private swimming pool (Dimensions: 8.5 meters long and 4 meters wide) and there is also a swimming pool for young children. The pool is for your own exclusive use.
Outdoors there are also 6 sun loungers and pool towels, 2 sun umbrellas, a shower, a pergola with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meal.
There is parking for 3-4 cars.

⬤ On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the first floor.

⬤ On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, a bathroom and a very large balcony overlooking the sea.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the second floor.


✔️Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area.

▶Interaction with guests
Our goal is for our guests, as long as they stay in our villa, to feel comfortable and relaxed. We can be reached by cell phone, email, or SMS with any questions or assistance that you may need. We would like to respect your wishes as to how much interaction and assistance each guest would like because privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance.

▶Other things to note

We will provide you with extra towels and bed sheets.
In the semi-basement lives the owner of the house, who enters the building from a separate entrance and will not have access to the villa's premises, or the pool.

▶The neighborhood
The neighborhood is surrounded by a lot of olive trees and other homes and villas.
It is a very peaceful area and there are no busy roads around.
In a few minutes by walk or by car you can find anything you want. There are 2 big supermarkets, athletic facilities(tennis, gym), cafes, restaurants, beach bars and sandy beaches.

▶Getting around
Within a few minutes( 18 minutes- 1.3 kilometers) there is a bus stop in case you want to go to the center of Chania but we recommend renting a car to move and explore Crete.
If you want to go by walk to the beach, there is a famous place that you can find 4 sandy beaches( 27 minutes- 2 kilometers away)
The villa has a private parking area for several cars, which is protected by external fencing.

Environmental Fee (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) 10.00 euro per night.
