Welcome to Villa Ismini, a family run Villa, situated less than 4 kilometers from the famous old Harbor of Chania and only 50 meters from the beach. This luxurious house, is ideal for families, couples travelling together, or friends with a maximum capacity of 6 persons.
Villa Ismini is a three-level luxurious, modernly decorated and fully equipped villa, about 200m2. In the ground floor there is a huge living room, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large WC.

The first floor has 2 huge bedrooms. The master’s bedroom, has a double bed, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe and its own bathroom. The second floor is a loft, (35m2), with a double bed, an open wardrobe, a small sofa and a bathroom. The loft has a huge balcony with two deck chairs and a sun umbrella and is ideally to enjoy the magnificent vie of the sea.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Satellite TV in the living room, free wifi internet in all areas, and parking space are also provided. Iron and Iron board are provided upon request. The Villa is surrounded by two gardens, which you can enjoy by taking your coffee or lunch in the two verandas in the ground floor.

The sandy beach of Kalamaki is 50 meters from villa Ismini and is well organized with beach umbrellas and sun beds. Just 5 minutes on foot from villa Ismini you will find the popular sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi. Ideal for couples and families with young children, the beach has crystal clear and shallow waters. There is aslo a beautiful grove which is ideal for walking.

The Villa’s position is great for an easy access to all famous beaches (Balos, Elafonissi, Falassarna, Palaiochora), gorges (Samaria) and mountains of Chania (Therisso, Omalos, Lefka Ori). Furthermore, all amenities are in a walking distance from the villa such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, bus stop in front of the Villa, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, petrol station.
