Villa Anthia, a brand new villa, is located in Akrotiri Peninsula of Chania Crete, surrounded by many beaches and tavernas, and also some shopping:
Nearest sandy beach is Macherida, 700 m. from our garden.
Tersanas Beach with an organised beach with umbrellas and sunloungers , is just 3 km away.
No stress!
You will find a beach every 3 km!
All you have to do is choose your favorite!
Also, Chania Airport is a 25 min drive
and of course
Chania Old Harbour is a 30 min drive.
VILLA ANTHIA, means THE BLOOMING VILLA and it is!!!
With a beautiful garden, to play, on or to rely, with a spacy big fire place sitting for the summer nights, or maybe a BBQ with the most Beautiful dinning table ever?
To not forget, the daybed, the sunloungers, the loungers, so many places in the property to ENJOY your summer or spring holidays.
Experience the perfect harmony of the outdoor, in FULL MOON, or in the SUNSET... both is astonishing makes your SOUL to relax...
INDOOR, The kitchen has in the one side the Dinning Room with ALL THE VIEW, in front of you..... 2 FANS BRINGS you nice air to enjoy, your breakfast...maybe, Back to the Right side of the main door you have the LIVING ROOM, with a Sofa and 65" TV.
On the same floor to the right from the main door, first is the GUEST BATHROOM, then the MASTER BEDROOM with UNSUITE BATHROOM and a small FRENCH VERANDA to enjoy, a morning coffee maybe?
Back again to the Main Door, to the left is the Stair case down to the Ground floor, w/ 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS on the left and the Right, all 3 with UNSUITE BATHROOM, and Veranda door out to the garden with a table and chairs, also a Day bed to enjoy....some peace??
Same level, in the middle of the 3 BEDROOMS, under the stairs is the Storage for BAGS or anything else, on the other side the Laundry, with washing machine and Dry machine.
I kept the best for LAST!! The playroom room with another TV 65", A LOOOOONG SOFA, and beside of this........ 2 CANOPY BEDS
140 CM WIDE!!!! Sleeps 4 friends or teenagers. They can use the Third Bedroom, Bathroom, it s big, with 2 showers inside.
Beside this rooms, we have a space with a FRIDGE and cabinets.
We are WELCOMMING you to HAVE THE GREATEST HOLIDAY, in VILLA ANTHIA - TERSANAS - CHANIA!
