Two private balconies enhance the experience, offering pleasant outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy a quiet morning coffee, relax during the day, or unwind in the evening while enjoying the vibrant seaside surroundings.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night/room from April to October and 0.50EUR per night/room from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Chania Mocenigo Luxury Rooms are named after the historic Mocenigo Bastion, an iconic part of the Venetian fortifications of Chania, located on the northeastern edge of the Old Town walls. Built in the 16th century by the Republic of Venice, the bastion was a key element in the citys defensive system, symbolizing strength, protection, and architectural excellence. The name reflects the propertys deep connection to the Venetian heritage of Chania and its unique location within a setting shaped by centuries of history.
