Olivenest Villa is located in Perivolia village, very close to the historic city of Chania (6.1 km), at an altitude of 90 m, in the foothills of the White Mountains, overlooking the city and the Cretan sea. Numerous shops for the daily supplies are located close to the villa. The villa has easy and direct access to Chania (8-10 mins drive from the city centre) and the highway (4-5 mins) in several different ways.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa, and the day after, rental cars can be delivered at the property

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday, and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case, if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours, feel free to contact us, and we will fulfil your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so, you may not be able to gain access to the property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the arrival date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior to booking the villa, which in some cases might not be accepted, and if accepted, an extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you, and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint, it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (e.g., electric power issues, warm water is out, etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence. Also, after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on the spot.

4. Smoking is not allowed in the properties, so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties but to smoke outside in the exterior areas, such as by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terraces.

5. Housekeeping: Cleaning and linen change are done every 3/4 days. In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organisation EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants. Cleaning is done by us; changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

10. Please note that after the 12th guest, there is an extra person cost per person per night.

11. Please note that, in accordance with Greek law, quiet hours must be respected from 15:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 07:00. During these times, guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours.
