GENERAL INFO

Hello and welcome, my name is Harilao!

Our Villa is located 200 meters from the sandy beach of Kato Stalos, just 2 minutes walking distance, at the top of a small hill. So as you can imagine, the sea view is panoramic from almost every corner of the Villa, inside and outside! The small island across, make the scenery like a piece of art!

In all 300 sq. meters of the villa inside, and 600 outside, there are plenty of different and spacious areas, so its ideal for big groups and families to sit, relax and eat, always with privacy!

The villa is renovated in 2022 with high quality materials and modern design.

All mattresses are anatomical and the highest quality!


FOR YOUR LITTLE BABIES

We offer baby cots (beds) for your babies with x2 pairs of linen so you can change often, a small bath tub, a stroller (pram), some toys and floor mats and safety outlet covers. The swimming pool has a kids pool and swallow areas for the kids to enjoy swimming with safety, always under parental supervision. Also as i am a Pharmacist i have everything you will need in my Pharmacy regarding milk bottles, milk powder, pacifiers etc.


OUTSIDE

Beginning from the outside, there is the front yard with a swimming pool that is equipped with a hydromassage for up to 6 persons, sun-beds, a large outdoor bed for 3 people, a large lounge area with an angle sofa and an armchair. Also there are some pool toys for the kids! There you can enjoy your hydromassage, bath and sunbathing with the amazing sea view!

Then we have the side yard with the outdoor Sauna, that is wooden, look like a big barrel and it is surrounded by trees to make you feel calm. Then its the barbecue and the wood fired oven with a big dinning table for 10-12 people, surrounded also from plenty of trees and plants that our garden have! The barbecue is fully equipped so you can grill your favourite meals, prepare your pizza, and enjoy your day.

The wonderful and rich garden goes around the villa, in a very nice scenery, so you can enjoy a small walk during the day or night!

At the front side of the house, you will find 2 terraces. At the first floor, there is a big dinning area, that you can enjoy your lunch or dinner with the same outstanding view. At the top floor, there is another terrace, with even better panoramic view, that is between the bedrooms, and its the ideal spot for your breakfast, and to relax before or after sleeping!

All over the swimming pool area, barbecue, yards and terraces there is WIFI internet connection.


INSIDE THE VILLA

As you enter the main entrance, there is a very large sunny space, with sea view from every corner. You can find a wine cellar and the dinning area with a large dinning table to enjoy your dinner with your favourite people!

Next, there is the living room with a fireplace, two large sofas (one of them turns into a double bed), two comfortable armchairs and a flat screen TV that you can rest and relax from your day, while listening to your favourite songs in the Marshall Woburn bluetooth speaker! There is also air conditioning to adjust it to your needs!

All this space has hidden lighting, making you feel calm so you can relax at night and watch your favourite movie or drink wine!


4x BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are all equipped with new anatomical Elite mattresses, and luxuriously soft sheets (stripe fabric), because we believe that sleep is a major part of anyone's holidays!

KITCHEN

We provide a big fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of utensils, to cover every need, and a table so you can enjoy your meals. From my part as the owner of the villa, i have for you some small surprises as welcome treat, for example a bottle of white wine, orange juice, bottled water, local extra virgin olive oil, breakfast items (marmalades, honey, toasted bread) and of course coffee capsules, filter coffee and tea bags!

PARKING

Free parking its available for up to 4 cars inside the facilities, in our gated private front yard, with remote controlled gate.

Cette villa ne manque pas de petits plus. Sur place, vous trouverez notamment une piscine couverte, une piscine extérieure, un bain à remous, et un sauna. Très pratique pour les familles, cette villa offre également une salle de fitness, des barbecues et un jardin.
