The villa is nestled in the village of "Chordaki," the final enclave of the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania.
The 120 m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 guests if necessary (the additional guests can be accommodated in the seating area on the first floor).


Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air-conditioned open-plan living area which offers direct access to the pool area and consists of the living room, dining area, and the kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a 55" HDTV with Netflix, an AKAI Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats five guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances, which provides all essentials for a self-catered vacation. Lastly, there is a kitchen bar counter and chairs complemented by a charming coffee corner.


Lastly, one of the two bedrooms is on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, direct access to the pool and garden area.


First Floor (Attic):
The upper level features a relaxing seating area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted to a single sofa bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, an open closet, and a private balcony with a delightful sitting area with views.

The exterior of Villa Venetiko covers 380 m2 and offers a variety of facilities , including:

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
