Just 15 metres from the seafront of Koum Kapi, these rooms are ideal for families or small groups seeking a high-quality stay in one of the most privileged seaside locations of Chania. Their prime location allows guests to experience the vibrant coastal atmosphere of Koum Kapi while remaining within walking distance of Chanias Old Town, the Venetian Harbor, and a wide selection of restaurants and cafes.


Indoor Facilities
The two rooms are fully independent and, when combined, can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in the existing beds, with the possibility to host two additional guests on the sofa beds. Each room features a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a restful and comfortable sleep experience, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest or child.


Both rooms are designed with a contemporary aesthetic, featuring elegant furnishings and soft neutral tones that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Each room also includes a private ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, offering comfort, functionality, and privacy.


For added convenience, both rooms are equipped with a coffee machine and a dedicated sink area, allowing guests to easily prepare coffee or light refreshments at any time of the day. This configuration offers two first-floor bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families or groups traveling together.
Outdoor Facilities
Two private balconies enhance the experience, offering pleasant outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy a quiet morning coffee, relax during the day, or unwind in the evening while enjoying the vibrant seaside surroundings.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/room from April to October and 2EUR per night/room from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Chania Mocenigo Luxury Rooms are named after the historic Mocenigo Bastion, an iconic part of the Venetian fortifications of Chania, located on the northeastern edge of the Old Town walls. Built in the 16th century by the Republic of Venice, the bastion was a key element in the citys defensive system, symbolizing strength, protection, and architectural excellence. The name reflects the propertys deep connection to the Venetian heritage of Chania and its unique location within a setting shaped by centuries of history.
