A modern residence consisting of 5 independent attached flats located in the heart of Chania city. They are all fully air conditioned & equipped, minimally designed and decorated, suitable for up to 16 persons in total and minutes away from the Venetian Harbor. In total, they offer five double bedrooms, five open space living rooms with kitchens and five modern bathrooms. We also offer EV charging amenity, located at the secure garage of the property.
Our five flats can comfortably accommodate up to 16 persons in 225m2 of interior space plus a shared backyard. Each flat offers one double bedroom, one bathroom and open space living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room sofas turn into extra beds. All interior areas are minimally decorated to create a homely and cosy atmosphere. The residence is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the central bus station and just a 15âwalk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach.
Three of the flats have direct access to a cute yard with an extra table and chairs and since this listing concerns a booking of the whole premises all flats can use the backyard.
