Your journey begins in the heart of the home: two bright living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens invite you to cook, gather, and share joyful times with your loved ones. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, these spaces are perfect for families or groups traveling together.



On the ground floor, two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms welcome you. One features a double bed, while the second offers a double and a single bed – ideal for families or friends. Both rooms come with spacious wardrobes to keep your personal belongings neatly organized and 43’’ flat-screen TVs for your quiet moments of rest. Two bathrooms with showers are also located on this level, offering comfort and ease for everyone.



Upstairs, two more bedrooms continue the sense of calm and privacy. One includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a 43’’ TV, bathed in soft natural light. The second also features a queen-size bed and 43’’ TV, but stands out with its en suite bathroom, complete with both a shower and a bathtub — a private sanctuary for unwinding after a day of exploration.



Outdoors, life flows slower and sweeter. The private pool with hydromassage invites you to cool off, soak in the sun, or relax with a book in hand. The barbecue area sets the scene for shared meals and warm summer evenings. Private parking ensures ease and convenience throughout your stay.

Perfect for those who want to stay close to the city while enjoying the tranquility of an old, aristocratic area, Halepa offers plenty of opportunities for leisurely strolls, exploration, and unique experiences.



Just 1 km away, you’ll find the atmospheric Tabakaria, a waterfront cluster of old tanneries now transformed into gastronomic and cultural spots. Here, you can enjoy a sunset over the sea, sip a glass of wine at one of the area’s unique restaurants, or simply walk along the water in a landscape full of history and nostalgia.



The neighborhood itself offers lovely cafés, traditional shops, small galleries, and museums, such as the house of Eleftherios Venizelos, worth visiting for a deeper insight into Crete’s history.
