Spread across 200 square meters, Aurea’s layout unfolds over two levels, offering privacy and togetherness in perfect balance. The ground floor welcomes you into a wide, sunlit living space that opens seamlessly to the outdoors — a place where cooking, lounging, and swimming happen without barriers. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all modern conveniences: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-sized appliances, and everything needed for slow breakfasts or summer feasts. A 65” smart TV anchors the living area, while large windows invite the breeze in.

This level also features three beautifully styled bedrooms, designed for deep rest and soft mornings.
