Swiss Mountain 4203 is welcoming 1 bedroom mountain home with updated
furnishings throughout. It has FOURTEEN steps down into the main living area,
one step down from the dining to the living area and two steps down to the
bedroom, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is PET FRIENDLY.
This unit is rated DELUXE and SLEEPS FOUR. The main living area offers an open
concept where you will find a cozy living room with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a
QUEEN sleeper sofa. The wood burning fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.
There is a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING TABLE that seats SIX. The
bedroom offers a KING bed, a FLATSCREEN TV and there is ONE FULL BATH.
This unit has whole house air conditioning. The deck offers a grand view of
Seven Springs Mountain Resortâs beautiful, wooded landscape. This unit is a
short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also
within a short walking distance of the Highlands Golf Course. Parking is
available onsite.
All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing
board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided),
bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also,
included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool and
tennis/pickleball courts. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to
utilize the RESORTâS main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs-reservations
required. (Must provide reservation confirmation for access to main Resort
pools. )
