Traveling to a graduation
We were a little surprised to find there wasnât an elevator, but we donât mind the extra stepsâexercise is always a plus!
However, I did want to share some honest feedback about our check-in experience. When we arrived, the front desk staff member, Nicole, came across as a bit short with us. Later, when our daughter went down to request two extra pillows, she was met with a dismissive response: âDid you not find them?â There were only two pillows in the room, and we simply needed a couple more to feel comfortable during our stay. As guests, we expect a welcoming attitude, and unfortunately, her demeanor didnât reflect that. It felt like she didnât want to be there.
That said, the rest of the staff we interacted with during our stay were wonderfulâfriendly, respectful, and helpful.
One more note: we stayed in a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed could definitely use an upgradeâit felt like we were sleeping directly on the springs.
