On the ground floor of a small residence, apartment Aiguille de Chamonix benefits from a bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with Juliet balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, mini oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. The dining table comfortably seats four and there is a comfy sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds, both have ample storage. The large family bathroom has a shower over a bath, basin and WC. A great addition is the laundry room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space for storing kit, including a boot dryer. There is also a closed garage in an underground car park with space for one car and where skis and boots can also be stored.

Apartment Aiguille de Chamonix is in a great location in Chamonix. The centre of town, with great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops is just a 5 minute walk away but the apartment is situated away from any noise in a quiet, residential spot. The apartment is around the corner from the Planards beginner ski slopes and the luge which is open year round and great entertainment for all ages. In the summer the Planards area becomes a children’s amusement park. The Montenvers train station, which takes you up the mountainside to the famous Mer de Glace is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. In conclusion, Apartment Aiguille de Chamonix is a great spot for small groups and families who would like to be close to the action of Chamonix, but in a quiet spot.

**What’s Included**

Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de sĂ©jour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’HĂŽtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.

**Payment terms and Cancellation**

To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.

If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
