The Space:

Welcome to this beautiful house located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, Mendoza. This incredible property has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a large living space to accommodate up to 10 guests.



If you rent our accommodation, you get two hours of daily cleaning included to keep your kitchen and bathrooms sparkling clean, as well as your beds made!



We also offer to take your grocery orders, stock your refrigerator, or light the fire for your barbecue!



The house has several social spaces, from a large double-height living room to a large dining room and a comfortable integrated kitchen.



The house is integrated with a deep swimming pool filled with sunlight. Furthermore, there is an integrated jacuzzi (only summer) within the pool.



The park is full of trees and shrubs perfectly cared for to play and have fun outdoors. Outside, a covered area serves as a corner for many diners next to a comfortable grill.



The beds adapt to the needs of the guests, whether traveling in large groups or in couples. In addition, there are 3 air conditioning units to heat and cool the bedrooms, as well as radiators throughout the house for the winter.



The house has a very comfortable parking area that can accommodate 2 or more cars.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
