We stayed for 2 nights and paid 22,000 TL for 2 rooms, expecting a premium experience. Instead, it was a nightmare.
We booked rooms with balconies and garden viewsâonly one matched. The other had no view or balcony. Staff refused proper compensation until repeated requests, offering just a 1000 TL discount for both rooms.
Electricity kept cutting off. One roomâs door wouldnât lock, raising safety concerns. After initially expressing dissatisfaction, we later confirmed we would stay. Despite this, the manager kicked us out the next morning, claiming the rooms were given to someone else â without even informing us.
During the argument, the manager insulted us by accusing us of taking too many complimentary water bottles, which were provided as part of the breakfast included with our stay. It was a petty, baseless accusation during an already stressful moment â completely unprofessional and demeaning.
They shifted us to ĂeĆme Sarum Hotel, which was worse:

âą ACs not working in the summer heat
âą Staff refused to refund us so we could leave
âą Only after fighting at 1 AM were we moved to new rooms
âą Next morning, water cut off mid-shower, my cousin had to rinse with pool water
âą Room doors didnât lock â we felt unsafe
This trip was ruined. The complete lack of respect, hospitality, and professionalism was appalling.
Avoid this hotel and Sarum Hotel. Not worth your time, money, or dignity.
