Located on a spacious lot with plenty of room to run around both inside and out, this cottage offers a games room with a Ping Pong table for extra fun. Enjoy brand new stairs leading to a wide, expansive beach that brings back childhood memories – a rare find! While the cottage retains its rustic charm, the kitchen, living area, and bathroom have all been recently upgraded.

INSIDE
The main floor features a spacious living room where everyone can gather. Cuddle up on the couch for a movie with Grandma, with a Smart TV that includes Netflix for your viewing pleasure. The games room offers a Ping Pong table for added fun.
The newly updated kitchen boasts all new modern appliances, and the dining area provides ample space to enjoy your family treats together.

Note: Please look closely at the pictures - you will see the floors upstairs are plywood.
WIFI - is spotty - DO NOT EXPECT INTERNET HERE but we have provided a selection of DVD's

OUTSIDE
Enjoy games on the huge grassy lot, where you can play yard games or find your favorite spot for those treasured holiday naps. Kids will love playing "Pirates" in the new tent – it's super fun! We've supplied two kayaks and a paddleboard, along with five lifejackets, so you can challenge the kids to a race. At night, share laughter and stories around the campfire.

Take approx. 75 steps down the brand new stairs to a wide expansive beach that we all remember from our childhoods-rare to find with the erosion and high lake levels! You'll easily spend the day on the beach or cooling off in the water.

Sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms so everyone can have a bit of privacy

Parking is limited to 5 vehicles
Max 2 pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum.

Linens are available for $20/per person This included Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outside, front door camera.
Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Max occupancy at all times is 12, violation will result in removal without refund.

The pace of life slows down in Bayfield. When you vacation here, it's easy to experience each day to its fullest.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.

You're just 2 minutes from the Bluewater Golf Club. We're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, including Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery and Bad Apple Brewing Co. With wooded trails, scenic country vistas and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season.
