As a second-row retreat, we offer the perfect balance: the crisp lake breeze and easy beach access, paired with the privacy and space of an expansive country yard. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s no need to squeeze. Our layout makes this the ultimate destination for multi-generational families or two groups traveling together.

INSIDE:
Step inside a home designed for effortless connection. The main level welcomes you with a large, sun-drenched living room—the ultimate gathering spot. Sink into the deep, comfy couches for a long chat, or gather around the dedicated crokinole area for a classic Canadian cottage showdown.

The living space flows seamlessly into a bright, open kitchen and dining area, making it easy to keep the conversation going while the smell of breakfast fills the air.

The lower level is a game-changer for multi-family stays!
The Second Kitchen: A full kitchen downstairs means extra fridge space for snacks and the ability for groups to maintain their own pace.
The Games Room: When the sun goes down or the rain clouds roll in, the basement comes alive with a foosball table, a massive collection of board games, and a cozy TV room for movie marathons.

Our oversized private yard is a rare find so close to the water. While the BBQ sizzles and the outdoor dining table is set for a feast, you can enjoy:
Lawn Games: A competitive round of cornhole on the grass.
The Fire Pit: End every evening the right way—gathered around the crackling fire, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars.

The Beach Path: A short, breezy stroll takes you straight to Lake Huron access for afternoon swims and those famous "Blue Coast" sunsets.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles

Linens are available for $20+HST/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/car shows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.
Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.

You're just 5 minutes from White Squirrel Golf Club, perfect for a round on the lush summer greens or a laid-back afternoon at their patio restaurant. Downtown Bayfield is only 5 minutes away—browse the charming boutiques and enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the quaint cafes.
