Nous sommes trÚs fiers d'offrir une expérience incroyable à nos clients et sommes toujours réactifs!

En face de Craigville Beach à Centreville sur Cape Cod, MA, cette maison a été récemment et magnifiquement rénovée et mise à jour. 4 chambres (3 queen: une avec salle de bain attenante), et une chambre avec 4 couchages (lits jumeaux superposés / lits superposés bas et un lit gigogne supplémentaire), 3 salles de bain (dont 1 salle de bain ADA), ainsi qu'une douche extérieure.

Cette maison est adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite avec 2 chambres qui ont des entrées de 36 pouces. Beaucoup d'espace de marche / roue dans les espaces communs. Aucun escalier pour entrer dans la porte d'entrée ou dans l'espace de vie.

Nouvelle cuisine avec cuisiniÚre à gaz, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, keurig, laveuse et sécheuse.

Tous les espaces communs, Ă  l'exception de la cuisine, ont de vastes plafonds de 11 pieds. La climatisation centrale a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e pour votre confort ultime, les jours oĂč la brise de plage est calme.

2 foyers au gaz (un dans le salon et un dans la salle Ă  manger).
 
2 téléviseurs HD avec cùble étendu. Netflix et Hulu. Wifi.

Barbecue à gaz et foyer extérieur. Deux beaux patios: un pour se détendre devant un foyer et un pour manger.

Vues limitées sur l'eau: ai-je mentionné que c'était en face du parking Covel Beach (partie moins fréquentée de Craigville Beach). Il est également sur une course de hareng pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Les animaux bien dressés sont les bienvenus (petit supplément).

Commencez votre journée par une promenade sur la plage de l'autre cÎté de la rue. Allez dans les brasseries, les caves, les magasins d'antiquités et d'artisanat. Pas seulement l'été! Super automne, hiver et printemps aussi, évadez-vous!

Excellent property! 1 min walk to Covell beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation with a toddler and two grandmas. Everything was on one floor making it super easy to come and go. The beach chairs and wagon made it easy to pack up and wheel our toddler over to the beach. The host left thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a few dinners with ease. We loved the multiple seating areas outside too.

Weekend wedding

4 couples (siblings & parents) staying for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding! Super cute area and quite neighborhood. We walked to the beach in am/pm. Enjoyed some delicious food around the neighborhood and cozied up at the firepit. We had a great stay and comfy beds. Thank you for the delicious s'mores and wine. We would recommend the home to others!

Across from the Beach

Beautiful kept home in quiet neighborhood. The property owner put so much detail in the home and provided many amenities including toiletries and kitchen supplies. They provided all linens, ample towels and even beach towels and beach chairs. The home exceeded our expectations especially the accessibility for my adult daughter who is wheelchair dependent. She easily maneuvered throughout the home and property in her motorized chair. Loved the convenience of the beach across the road. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of heaven.

Birthday Week for me and my grandson.

It was wonderful spending time with my children and grandchildren. It was the best 70th Birthday Week. On Monday we had a New England Lobster Bake with all the trimmings. Local lobster was the best. Even with some of the days being cold and rainy (typical New England May weather) we were able to find plenty to do. Evenings spent playing family games. Mae lots of memories. Intergenerational family gathering a success!

We had a great time celebrating my dad's 70th birthday party. We were looking for a home that was wheel chair accessible, kid-friendly and open to dogs. While a tall order, this house met our needs on all counts. In addition, the rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. It also had comfortable beds, quality linens, and nice kitchen supplies and serving ware I felt good about using for such a special occasion (where we cooked a lot!). This is a high-quality rental that I'd be excited to visit again and readily recommend to others.

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while we had a wedding at the beach. It was a cozy, warm cottage with plenty of space and everything we needed. Just wish we had more time to actually spend at the beach but it was still so fun! Perfect location, I would love to come back someday!

Best beach house at Craigville

Super clean and fully stocked beach house, great for families as it’s across the street from the beach. Great neighborhood to stroll at night or let the kids ride their bikes. This house literally has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable & convenient. Beach toys, wagons, towels & s’mores kit to name a few. One of our cousins came to the beach for the day with his Tesla and was able to charge it while he was here right in the driveway. I’ve rented other houses in this neighborhood and Diane & Michaels property is by far the best! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Location, location, location!!!

Location unbeatable, across from beach (less than 5 min walk); parking for 6 cars at home. Owners very responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve minor inconvenient issue. Clean and well stocked home (kitchen, bed rooms, baths, beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys!) with Central AC!!

The best VRBO in Cape Cod

The house is absolutely perfect and truly had everything we needed! You can tell how much thought and care Diane and Michael put into accommodating their guest, as everything we could possibly think of was provided! The beds were so comfortable, the close location to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was definitely an added bonus for easily washing the sand off of the kiddos! We shared many laughs around the firepit and appreciated the extra thoughtfulness of the provided s'mores and wine! Highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Great Vacation Spot!

What a lovely home away from home this place is. The hosts thought of everything. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen, beautiful wildflowers that surrounded the cottage and the nesting pair of Osprey we could see from our yard. The weather wasn’t great but we were very comfortable in this well laid out and spacious house. Would definitely love to return to this 5 star rental.

Fantastic home away from home

I cannot say enough great things about this house. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience! Communication with the host about the property was so easy, they made me feel comfortable even before we got there. The house is immaculate, room for a good amount of people and very cozy. There is a great book that was kept on the desk that has all the information about the house. We referred to it a few time throughout our stay. This house has all you need for a beach getaway. From chairs, towels, a beach wagon, umbrellas.. all you need to bring is yourself! We loved the location and the house so much that we booked another weeks for next year! Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful home! Such a great mini vacation!

Excelllent stay “Across From The Sea!”

What an idyllic spot for a family vacation to the Cape! We stayed during April vacation week with our three boys (18,14,12) and our dog and found everything we could want and more! The hosts were very communicative and made our stay from beginning to end easy and well organized. The house is lovely with an open seaside feel and space for everyone to find privacy or togetherness. The location can’t be beat! Directly across the street from Covell/Craig like Beaches but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Five-10 minutes from downtown Hyannis, it’s perfect for exploring all the Cape has to offer. We loved our day trips to Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard and ended our stay with Pirate Cove mini-golf. Flying kites on the beach, long sunset walks, fresh lobster from Cape Fish and Lobster, this was a perfect week and we look forward to rebooking!

A Nice Getaway in Cape Cod

We had an amazing time while visiting Cape Cod. The home was well maintained & clean upon our arrival. Everything you could possibly need was cleaned and ready for use. It is in the perfect location as it is right across from the beach. Additionally, it is a short drive to Hyannis for those looking to go into town or to catch a ferry to Nantucket. Our hosts made us feel very welcomed and were incredibly helpful. The bottle of wine as well as the makings for s’mores were a nice treat! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to Cape Cod!

Amazingly accessible

This property says it is wheelchair accessible and it is! My wheelchair bound father never travels because hotels/houses claim to be wheelchair accessible but never are. We were so happy to stay in a beautiful beach house with a roll- in shower and spacious rooms so close to the beach. He had no trouble using the bathroom facilities and could quickly roll In and out of the front door. The owners were so kind to speak with and their were many amenities included. We will be back!
