This is a fabulous, well constructed house with an extremely well-appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches including motion sensor night lights that help you navigate hallways at night! The beach is great and close by! The trees near the property have grown taller so we didn't really have an ocean view from the backyard deck - primary bedroom balcony upstairs had a good ocean view. Check in and out was a breeze!

Excellent location with private beach access.

Although the house does not sit directly on the beach you still have some beach and Atlantic Ocean views from the ground floor/back yard and second floor. The walk to the beach from the house is very convenient. Some of the guest rooms could be upgraded to regular king size beds. Would be a nice enhancement if they finished or partially finished the basement with ping pong, pool table, maybe bar/tv area.

Family vacation

We had a great week in the Cape. The house was perfect for our family. The young kids enjoyed the bedroom over the garage. Great indoor spaces. Back yard and patio were also excellent. Most of all easy access to the private beach.

A Perfect Stay

This large home easily accommodated our family of ten and is in a great location. When we arrived we were welcomed with flowers and a box of candy. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. We appreciated that the house was fully stocked with every household item and convenience we could imagine. There were plenty of paper and cleaning products, more than enough dishes, utensils, and glassware, and a seemingly endless supply of linens and towels. Additionally, there were multiple beach chairs available for our use. There is a great backyard with a grill, abundant seating and a lovely view of the water. There is a short walk to a beautiful private beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Inside there are all modern appliances. There is high top seating in the kitchen and there is a separate eating area with large windows overlooking the backyard. The dinning room has a large table and a separate area off of the dining room is well suited for chess and reading. The living room has a large screen TV and comfortable seating. There are six bedrooms (one on the first floor and five on the second floor) which were well appointed and accommodated our six adults and four children. Overall this home exceeded our already high expectations and was a perfect stay for our family.

Perfect vacation home

My family of 14 consisting of 3 generations enjoyed one of our best vacations at Magnolia by the sea. The home is spectacular, lots of rooms and bathrooms, immaculate , beautifully furnished and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. There is nothing we would change and the private beach with an easy walk was the topping on cake. We have been renting homes on the cape for 9 years and this was by far the best. Michelle was very accommodating and responded to inquiries quickly.

Perfect!

Loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, well-stocked and clean. Short walk to the beach access was very convenient especially with kids. We are already hoping to plan another trip for next year!
