Trullo Tioreo is a characteristic trullo in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps eight people. From Trullo Tioreo you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. Trullo Tioreo is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Ceglie Messapica, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.2 km (roughly 2 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Baia di Camerini beach) at 25 km (roughly 15.5 miles).
You will reach Trullo Tioreo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Trullo Tioreo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 11.5 meters (37 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a masonry bench, and it is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and an external shower. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with resin. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a high window, as well as a roof window.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom (going through this room can be avoided by entering from the garden). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom or from the patio. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the patio through an external access. The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a small window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. The bathroom is open-plan.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Please note that the bathtub is located in the bedroom.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for six cars. In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (please note that the use of the charging point is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
