Two waterfront homes with endless adventure, hottub, kayaks, two jonboats, fishing, and three miles to beach

Two newly remodeled waterfront homes (120 feet waterfront) that can be shared by extended family or friends looking for a waterfront getaway. Kayaks and a jonboats are included with your rental. The larger home has 2 bedrms/ 1 bath, large back porch, and a hottub. The smaller home has 2 bedrms/ 1 bath, back porch, and amazing fishing. Both homes come with fencing to keep the pups in. The fishing in amazing at these spots, plenty of waterfront area to fish from or launch your kayaks. 0.5 miles to Historic Downtown Swansboro, 2.5 miles to the Beach, 20 miles to jacksonville & Camp Lejeune.
These homes do sit on a busy road, so there will be road noise in the front, but as you enter the home and back yard, you feel like you are in a little paradise.
Homes are separated in the back by a privacy fence, but you can leave the fence gate open during your stay for easier access to both homes.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOTH HOMES:
yellow home: King, two twins, sleeper sofa in sunroom, comfy couch in living room, and an air mattress.
Green home: two queen beds, and a comfy twin size cot.
Both homes have been recently remodeled with all new appliances and furniture, sheets and linens are provided.
There is adequate parking for 4-6 vehicles.
You can park beside the yellow house, or in front of the green house, as well as along the front of the old white house, the city does ask that noone park on the sidewalks.
Again, we are off of a busy road, so please keep the younger children and pups in the fenced in areas.
2.5 miles to the Beach, Emerald Isle has all the family fun you will want. Beautiful emerald beaches, surf fishing, surfing, swimming, water park, and amazing dining.
Downtown Swansboro is full of activities and dining as well.
Historical Fort Macon is 25 miles away.
Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium is 15 miles away.
Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base is 20 miles away.
Again, we are on a busy road, and you will hear some traffic noise, but once you enter the home and back yard, you feel like you are on your own little piece of paradise. The sunrises over the water and Marsh is breathtaking.
The fishing is the back is incredible, I have filled buckets of shrimp from the back yard, I have also caught red drum, flounder, black drum, eels, rays, and even puffer fish right from the back porch. come and make amazing memories at this location with your extended family or group of friends.
An amazing place to enjoy the water. Relaxation and unbeatable views! The gorgeous sunroom has 3 sliding doors for unhindered water views. VIEWS from the hot tub and deck furniture are breathtaking! You will make memories for a lifetime at this place as we have.
Please return the kayaks and jon boat to it`s storage location as the high tide mixed with heavy winds can pull them out to sea.
