Inside, the home offers classic Cedar Key character with the comforts of modern living.
~Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a corner shower.
~Bedroom 2 features two twin beds and uses the full hall bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

~The living space is split into two cozy areas: a front seating area perfect for a quiet read, and a warm living room with a couch, chair, and smart TV. The kitchen is beautifully redone with modern appliances, ample counter space, and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. A spacious laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The home is decorated with locally sourced antique furnishings and rich in historic charm.

~Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood just about a mile from downtown, this home provides quiet comfort while still being close to Cedar Key’s shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. You’re a quick bike, golf cart, or car ride from everything the island has to offer.

-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
