Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool or unwind in the bubbling hot tub. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the wood burning fire pit (wood provided) and roast some s'mores or enjoy the private propane fire pit (propane provided) on your gorgeous balcony. Feel like staying in? Lose yourself in a movie on the smart TV that has tons of satellite/cable channels.

You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale studio unit with a chunky trim, luxury bathroom, king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It also has a room that has built in twin bunk beds! In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from a stove top to a refrigerator, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), and dishwasher. Savor your creations at the dining table, or step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning lake and mountain views. One of the best views on the property!

Keep the kids (& Adults!) entertained with the foosball table, board games, corn hole, life size chess, sand area, volleyball court, or the playground that is accompanied by an in-ground trampoline! Also, take a swim or kayak in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake and watch AMAZING sunsets! End the day around the fire pit, relaxing on the beach loungers and outdoor furniture. With all the comforts of home and the beauty of the great outdoors, this studio is the perfect escape for your next vacation.

Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat (seasonal), hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!


**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!

**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.

** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.

**Full disclosure common areas and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.
