Charming 1-Bed Cottage in Ceauce

A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Ceaucé. Boasting 1 bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a spacious lounge and dining area, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

A welcome hamper will be provided for your arrival.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is a garden to the back of the property with views across an ancient meadow, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. Garden furniture and a small BBQ can be found in a small stone building adjacent to the property.

Ceauce village is a five minute drive from the gite. Here you will find a chemist, grocery store, boulangerie, boucherie, post office, tabac and bars. A further then minute drive will taken you towards the medieval town of Domfront with shops and eateries. There is also a supermarket.

Further afield are beautiful walks, fishing lakes, cycling, gardens, lake activities and places of historical interest.

The train station in Laval is a 45 minute drive and will take you to Paris for a romantic day out.

There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers.  There is also a fan for those balmy nights. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and a bath with hand held shower spray. Bed linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Gates must be closed at all times.
