Welcome to 360 Suites – Suite B, a peaceful one-bedroom seaside retreat located on the tranquil northside of Caye Caulker. Just a short 2-minute ferry ride from the iconic Split, followed by a quick 2-minute walk, this serene getaway offers easy access and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The ferry ride itself is a charming experience, gliding across the turquoise waters with breathtaking ocean views. 

Suite B is located on the first floor and comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 guests, featuring a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pullout couch in the living room—perfect for extra guests. The suite is tastefully designed with warm, coastal décor and boasts stunning views throughout. 

The bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a tub and a shower, featuring hot and cold water and adjustable settings for a soothing bath experience. A glass door leads from the bedroom to a small private patio, offering lovely views of the westside ocean, lush garden, and quiet street. 

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable couch to relax on after a day of exploring, along with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The pullout couch provides an additional sleeping option for guests. 

Guests of 360 Suites have access to four complimentary double-seater kayaks, shared among all units—perfect for discovering the calm waters surrounding the island. 

The property also features a peaceful backyard, complete with hammocks, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sun. There is a private beach area and a dock for fishing, but please note that swimming is not advised here due to occasional crocodile sightings. Excellent swimming spots are available nearby on both the northside and southside of the island. 

Relax and unwind on the spacious decks, furnished with comfortable chairs where you can soak up the sun, enjoy the gentle sea breeze, and take in the views of the surrounding paradise. 

In one of the photos, you’ll notice a secure partition door that separates the two one-bedroom units. This door is safely locked on both sides to ensure privacy when units are booked separately. However, if you're traveling with family or friends, you have the option to book both units together and open the partition, seamlessly converting the space into a two-bedroom layout for added comfort and convenience. 

Each of the one-bedroom units also features two private entrances—one from the front of the building and another from the back—offering flexible and easy access to your accommodations. 

For additional information, 360 Suites is one building with three separate units. If you're traveling with a larger group, you have the option to combine this suite with the additional one-bedroom unit and the four-bedroom penthouse upstairs—accommodating up to 20 guests. Inquire for more details if you're planning a group stay.

All guests of 360 Suites enjoy access to a peaceful backyard retreat, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The area features comfortable hammocks—ideal for enjoying a quiet moment with a book or a glass of wine while the island breeze passes through. You'll also find an outdoor shower, a picnic table for casual meals, and a private beach area furnished with beach chairs, perfect for soaking in the ocean views. 

Guests are welcome to fish off the dock, but please note: swimming is not allowed in this area due to occasional crocodile sightings in Caye Caulker. For swimming, we recommend the South Split, which is easily accessible and offers a safe, enjoyable beach experience. 

For adventure lovers, we provide four complimentary double-seater kayaks, shared among the units—perfect for a day of exploring the island by sea. 

360 Suites is proudly managed by a dedicated and experienced property management team based right here in Caye Caulker. A convenient store is right across the street from the property. Just two minutes walking to Spilt to Spilt to go back and forth between the two islands. Property Layout: 360 Suites is one building with three completely private units. Two of the one-bedroom units are located on the first floor and are accessible by stairs. Personalized Check-In: We do not offer self-check-in. We personally meet all guests at the property to provide a warm welcome and orientation. As we do not have a physical office, it’s important that guests share their estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. Arrival Time Required: Please inform us of your expected arrival time prior to travel. If you’re unsure, just reach out using the contact details provided in your confirmation email. Drinking Water: We provide complimentary drinking water throughout your stay for your comfort and convenience. Eco-Friendly Environment: We encourage all guests to conserve water and electricity, helping to protect our beautiful island for generations to come. Getting to the Northside Ferries: There are three ferry services operating between the main village and the Northside from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with later hours during high season. Cost: $2.50 USD per person, each way. Golf Carts: We work with several local rental companies. Golf cart rentals can be arranged upon request through our office. Nearby Supermarkets RCD Store: Located directly across the street from 360 Suites Monday to Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mercado at Blu Zen: Located further north, this store also offers grocery delivery. Simply send your shopping list using their contact information (provided in our Guest Information Booklet).
