- bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet etc.
- Linen and towels are all included, you will find beds ready at your arrival;
- private car parking space in the covered garage of the residence.

- few minutes walk from the historic centre;
- close to the Cermis cablecar and also Marcialonga track along Avisio river;
- few meters from the ski bus stop with which you can reach all the ski resorts of Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa.

- check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. In case of different needs we will be happy to verify the possibility of changing the time;
- smoking is not allowed;
- pets are not allowed.
