Villa Il Belcanto is a refined holiday villa located in Cavaion Veronese, a few kilometres from Bardolino and Lazise, two of the most renowned locations on Lake Garda. The property was born from a careful renovation project desired by the owners, who were able to combine the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, representing the ideal solution for family holidays, groups of friends or work stays in one of the most fascinating areas of Veneto.
ACCESS
Access to Villa Il Belcanto is through a carriage gate immersed in the vineyards, which surround the property and emphasise its authenticity. A short green driveway leads to the parking area shared with the adjacent agricultural winery. From here, an ancient private gate marks the exclusive entrance to the villa.
The property's garden borders, without a fence, the vineyards and olive groves tended by a local agricultural company. Some areas â such as cellars and agricultural warehouses â are reserved for staff and not accessible to guests, as clearly indicated on site.
It is also noted that a fast-flowing bypass road passes nearby: the exterior of the villa is not completely isolated from traffic noise, although the house remains an oasis of relaxation between nature and comfort.
INTERIORS Comfort and style on three floors
GROUND FLOOR
From the main entrance, you access a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an internal dining area with a table for 14 people, accompanied by an antique sideboard with porcelain and glasses.
The living room opens onto a portico furnished with an external sitting area, a wooden table with benches and a barbecue area with a view of the garden.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking for large groups.
Completing the ground floor are a study with a bookshelf and a service toilet.
MAIN FLOOR
Going up the stairs, you access the main bedroom area, consisting of:
1 double bedroom equipped with television and private bathroom with shower
1 double room equipped with a television, open bathtub in the room and bathroom with shower
1 double bedroom and 1 twin room (two single beds), sharing a full bathroom with shower
Wardrobe with washing machine and dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
On the top floor there is an elegant lounge with sofas, a long table and a piano, perfect for relaxing in company.
The rooms on this floor include:
1 double bedroom with open wardrobe
1 studio apartment with double sofa bed
1 shared bathroom with shower
1 service toilet
1 fitness room with yoga mats and light weights
