First house:

Other Information
Pool heating fee is $100/night/home November to April. Heating is $75/night/home May till October. Please let us know in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay.

Cooling Misters are free
Indoor fireplace is free

Pets are allowed, as long as they are potty trained and any mess is cleaned up right away as it could damage the floors. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. There is a pet fee of $40/night per pets
Pool heating is $115/night November-April $85/night May-October per house and must be done for the entire stay
Maximum cars allowed is 6 (3 per house).
Maximum guests allowed is 12

Per Cathedral City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.

All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.

The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) Rate is 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).
