Welcome to our peaceful oasis in the sought-after Desert Princess Country Club. Our spacious & airy 2 bed/2 bath home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. This corner unit has vaulted ceilings, large veranda, views of the lake/golf course, and easy access to the pool/spa. The community offers golf, tennis, fitness center, and more! With a quiet serenity mixed with modern amenities, you`ll enjoy the ultimate in comfort & relaxation!

Designed to evoke the ultimate in relaxation and serenity, this large 2-bedroom condo is located in a prime, gated Cathedral City community. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor space with amazing views, comfortable living and dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and unwind in.
The condo comes furnished with all the comforts of home to make your stay comfortable and convenient, and vaulted ceilings throughout! The oversized living room area overlooks the Desert Princess Golf Course and majestic San Jacinto Mountains, instantly offering you a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you step inside.
The open-concept living area features comfortable seating area with flatscreen SmartTV, full kitchen with plenty of cooking tools & utensils and tons of counter space for you to create that perfect meal, a large dining area that seats 6. The living area offers easy access to the large covered veranda, with multiple seating options and an outdoor dining table perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our two bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with high thread-count sheets to give you that perfect nightâs sleep. The primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, and a desk for those that need to get a little work done while visiting. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the guest bathroom is steps away in the hall.
Additional amenities that youâll enjoy are complimentary WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs, in-unit washer/dryer, and toiletries in each bathroom.
Our home is the ideal desert retreat, with nearby activities for all seasons. We hope you enjoy and make it your own special oasis!
Youâre renting the entire condo and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively! Guests also have access to the Desert Princess Golf Course, along with additional amenities such as community pools & spas, tennis/pickleball, basketball, bocce, racquetball courts, fitness center and restaurant (additional fees may apply).
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people.
- Maximum daytime occupancy is 8 people.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR property shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR property at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Primary guest will be required to show photo ID at checkin.
- Enjoy the outdoors of the property, but please keep children and animals from trampling our beautiful landscaping.
-Occupants shall respect the neighbors` privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are allowed (2 pet max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100 per pet.
- Pets must be approved and pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Please pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. If there is extensive pet damage, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
- Pets must be leashed at all times outside. Pets are not allowed on the golf fairway.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
â $99: 1-29 nights
â $450: 30-59 nights
â $150: each additional 30-night block
