When you first step inside you will be delighted by the open airy space. This professionally decorated mid-century modern home is a great place for your family and friends to congregate, entertain each other, or just unwind from the outside world. As you walk in, you will find a cozy and comfy living area with 60 inch TV, a soundbar and all the premium channels. A great place to watch the game, stream your favorite shows, or curl up with a classic movie. If you prefer, you can listen to music while chatting up friends and family during festival season and holidays.



The open and bright dining area is perfect with seating for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. A large kitchen island with seating for 5 is also a great place to gather and chat while preparing food with family and friends. You'll find everything you need to prepare your meals: from a midnight snack to a full-on holiday gourmet feast.



Two large sliding doors invite views of the new pool, spa and tranquil outdoors, or woo you to dine al fresco under the covered patio.



Inside the home are two well-appointed bedrooms with premium mattresses and luxury linens to enhance your comfort. The first is the master suite, featuring a Cal king bed, 40 inch TV and en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The master also has a private door accessing the back yard. Adjacent to this master bedroom is an adjoined office, which has a desk and fold out sofa bed - perfect for the kids The 2nd bedroom suite features a King bed, 48 inch TV and en-suite bath with shower and tub. Both ideal for relaxing the day away inside reading a book or just catching up on much needed sleep.



Step outside to find the cozy detached casita with its own private entrance from the pool area. Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own exclusive area, with kitchen, including refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. There is a queen size bed, sitting area with fold out sofa bed, 40 inch TV and bath with walk in shower.



You and your guests can relax on a lounge chair by the sparkling saltwater pool soaking up the sun, or enjoy cocktails under the covered patio as the sun sets behind the gorgeous mountain backdrop. This is the perfect place to hang out with friends and family with a deluxe in-line natural gas BBQ and outdoor table setting plus a separate lounge area in the shade. The Neighborhood:

The Upper Cathedral City Cove is a wonderful unique part of the desert. You are tucked up high in a mountain area with views of the entire valley. You are in a neighborhood filled with artists and unique, well taken care of homes. Nice desert hiking trails start nearby. There are neighbors on either side but the home is very private and no one can see in the yard or house. Cathedral City is home to Target and Traders Joe's as well as movie theaters, restaurants, Boomers Go-karts, a few art galleries and fun vintage and thrift shops. The Cove is about a 10 minute drive from Palm Springs airport, 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 15 minutes to the designer shopping district on El Paseo in Palm Desert.
